Horses have shaped my life from the very beginning.
I grew up immersed in Pony Club, with my mum as a coach and mentor. Competing in teams and caring for my own pony taught me early that responsibility and empathy are as important as results.
As my career developed, I became a riding instructor and gained extensive hands-on experience within professional showjumping yards as a groom. I have competed up to the Badminton grassroots championship – experiences that strengthened my understanding of preparation, pressure, and the fine details that underpin confident performance.
But alongside competition, my focus has been on the well-being of the horse.
Through continued professional development and mentorship with leading influences, including Warwick Schiller, Tristan Tucker, Centre 10 Applied Psychology, and the British Horse Society coaching system, I have shaped a coaching approach that blends performance with partnership.
